Spacing Store is hiring!

The Spacing Store is looking to hire a part-time customer sales representative for weekend and holiday work at our downtown Toronto retail outlet (401 Richmond Street West) starting ASAP.

Previous retail experience and a familiarity with the Spacing brand are required. Our store has become a great outlet to meet our readers and engage about Toronto urbanism issues, so an individual possessing an interest in Toronto and its goings-on is a must.

Responsibilities include customer service and sales, stocking, and merchandising in-store as well as a number of events that Spacing hosts throughout the year. Applicants must be available to work consistent Saturday afternoons and be free for occasional weekday evening shifts, especially during the holidays.

Applications can be sent to spacingstore@spacing.ca or dropped off in person at the Spacing Store. Please include a resume as well as a cover letter detailing how you would be a good fit for Spacing. The deadline for submissions is Friday, July 29th, 2016. Only those chosen for interviews will be contacted.
